Sefton Opera is a voluntary organisation that delivers a variety of services and activities designed to benefit the health and well-being of older residents within the local and wider community. These activities are designed to stimulate mind and body, which helps to address the significant problem of depression in later years.
Sefton Opera also run projects in hospitals and schools, provide teams of therapists for corporate events and can deliver training packages for other organisations.
Sefton OPERA is based in the heart of the community and works throughout the whole of the borough of Sefton.
Since it's inception, Sefton OPERA has worked with over 95,600 people facilitating activities ranging from basic hand massage training to full programmes of complimentary therapies.

Sefton OPERA provides services at grass roots levels for local people and during the past 12 months has found a dramatic increase in requests for services and activities.
Our volunteers deliver activities predominantly to older people, but our inter-generational and youth work continues to progress and develop new projects.
